Loan Amounts: $1,000,000 to $10,000,000+
Loan to Value: up to 75%
Loan to Cost: up to 90%
Loan Terms: 6 to 18 months (extensions available)
Available Options: If you need to purchase a property quickly but are not ready for a commercial loan we’ll provide the acquisition loan, and when you are ready you can convert it to a commercial loan. We’ll give credit for the unused fees paid on the acquisition loan.
