We provide up to 90% loan-to-cost financing in the form of construction loans, bridge loans and lines of credit for commercial projects located anywhere in the Western U.S.

Property Types

  • Office, Industrial, Retail
  • Bridge-to-Construction: entitled land, sub-divisible property, or masterplan sub-divisible

Loan Terms

  • Interest Rate: From 9.50%
  • Loan Amounts: $1,000,000 to $10,000,000+
  • Loan to Value: up to 75%
  • Loan to Cost: up to 90%
  • Loan Terms: 6 to 18 months (extensions available)

Available Options:
If you need to purchase a property quickly but are not ready for a commercial loan we’ll provide the acquisition loan, and when you are ready you can convert it to a commercial loan. We’ll give credit for the unused fees paid on the acquisition loan.
