Land Development Loans – Max 50% LTV
Loan Terms: 12 to 24 months (extensions available)
Available Options: If you need to purchase a property quickly but are not ready for a commercial loan we’ll provide the acquisition loan, and when you are ready you can convert it to a commercial loan. We’ll give credit for the unused fees paid on the acquisition loan.
